Poker player, Dan Bilzerian, is suing the ‘Lone Survivor’ producers for not putting into practice their part of the deal. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the player was told he would take a small but recognizable role as Sr. Chief Healy in the NAVY SEALS movie for at least eight minutes and 80 words of dialogue.
However, to Bilzerian’s surprise his part was cut off to one line and it lasted less than sixty seconds. Now the player has filed against producers Randall Emmett and George Furla where he estimates damages to be at least $1.2 million.
