Final Table for EPT Barcelona Main Event Found

The fifth and final “regular” playing day of the European Poker Tour Barcelona Main Event ended late last night, as we were down to the final eight players who will be playing the final table later today. A total of 25 players showed up for the fifth day and after more than 12 hours of play, 17 of those were out.

The day started out with three tables and continued that way for a very long time, while the players were moved around a bit to ensure that we saw some different guys on the TV table. On the TV table we also saw the first real bad beat of the day, as Mikkel “Koller” Nielsen Lost with AA preflop against AK suited, which turned a flush.

The Germans are once again dominating the European poker events, as they have 3 out of 8 players on the final table. The official final table including chip counts:

  1. Hossein Ensan – 10,295,000
  2. Samuel Phillips – 9,035,000
  3. Ji Zhang – 6,480,000
  4. Andre Lettau – 5,405,000
  5. Slaven Popov – 3,720,000
  6. Andrey Shatilov – 3,675,000
  7. Kiryl Radzivonau – 3,420,000
  8. Andrea Dato – 2,825,000
