Pokerstars, the world’s biggest poker site, announced the schedule for the 11th MicroMillions championship today, which will feature more than 100 events and guarantee more than $5 million in prizes.
The tournament series will take place from July 16th to the 26th and it is expected that hundreds of thousands of micro stakes poker players will compete against each other for the glory of a championship as well as the high prizes at stake.
The first MicroMillions was hosted in 2012 and the series has since then grown massively. There has been more than 13 million tournament entries in the series so far and more than 82 million has been paid out to players.
MicroMillions will feature tournaments of all variants and formats, including phased, hyper-active and progressive super-knockout tournaments. Buy-ins starts from $0.11 and the highest is $22 in the $1,000,000 guaranteed main event.
