Evolution Gaming and William Hill Vegas in Partnership

Evolution Gaming, the leading video-streaming live dealer solutions company, announced today a new partnership with William Hill’s Vegas brand, where Evolution Gaming will be providing a separate casino environment for them in their Riga studio’s.

The all new environment went live on February 9th and is only accessible for William Hill’s Vegas brand and its customers. It will feature a live roulette table as well as a live blackjack table, which both will be available around the clock on desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

William Hill and Evolution Gaming already has an extensive partnership running, with Evolution Gaming providing them with more than 15 live tables around the clock for players to enjoy. The new Vegas branded tables can be found in the Vegas tab on William Hill’s website.

Commenting on this latest expansion of his company’s Live Casino operations, Kevin Kilminster, Head of Live Casino and Vegas at William Hill, said: “This is a natural next step for us, as we continue to tailor our online services to different customer segments. Our Vegas brand has a softer, more casual feel and offers an exciting selection of Vegas-inspired online slots and other games. The new live tables, complete with a dedicated dealer team in Vegas-styled clothing, as well as a dedicated Floor & Promotions Manager, are central to the distinctive Vegas service, which is designed to appeal to new player types and demographics.”

He added: “We’ve been delighted with the quality and flexibility of Evolution’s Live Casino – it has given us huge scope in how we brand our dedicated environments, how we deliver the best service to our players, and how we integrate in real time with our core systems such as CRM and loyalty.”

Sebastian Johannisson, Head of Account Management at Evolution, commented: “William Hill was one of the first operators to take a dedicated environment at our studios back in 2011. At each step we have earmarked additional floor space in line with the client’s long-term business plan. We are delighted that, once again, this client is extending its dedicated Live Casino operations to serve growing player demand and to maximise the exciting potential of highly branded and targeted online gaming services.”
