The Board of Directors of Lottomatica Group S.p.A. has ratified the draft of the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Consolidated non-financial report, and the draft of the Financial Statements of the parent company for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2023. Key Highlights of FY 2023 Results Bets surged to €30.1 billion, marking an 18% increase compared to FY 2022 pro forma. Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) reached €3,864.2 million, reflecting a 6% rise compared to FY 2022 pro forma. Revenues climbed to €1,632.5 million, indicating a robust 12% growth compared to FY 2022 pro forma. Adjusted EBITDA surged to €595.7 million, surpassing previous expectations and demonstrating a 17% increase compared to FY 2022 pro forma. The company achieved an Adjusted Net Profit of €215.9 million, reflecting a substantial 29% increase compared to FY 2022 pro forma. The chief executive of Lottomatica Group, Guglielmo Angelozzi, expressed his happiness with the remarkable results the organization achieved in 2023. Beyond initial public offering (IPO) goals and later upgrades, he emphasized the company's persistent leadership in all categories and brands. According to Angelozzi, the goals for FY 2024 will center on leveraging technological and product innovation to fortify leading positions in the Online and Sports Franchise sectors. Along with effectively managing its brand portfolio and integrating SKS365, the business hopes to advance the omnichannel strategy. He thanked the board members for their encouragement, the Lottomatica staff for their hard work, and the investors for their faith.
