Clarity Game Nevada has officially completed its acquisition of Stockman’s Casino in Fallon. The deal, first announced in September 2024, closed at a final price of $9.2 million and involved Full House Resorts, which had owned the property since 2007. By acquiring Stockman’s Casino, Clarity Game aims to build its presence beyond Las Vegas. The company sees value in serving smaller Nevada communities where personal service and local knowledge matter. The new owners, David Ross and Michael Gaughan III, bring decades of experience in the gaming industry. Both are Nevada natives and longtime business partners, having worked together in senior roles at Coast Casinos, Affinity Gaming, and the JW Marriott & Rampart Casino. “Mike and I have been interested in operating casinos in Northern Nevada for a long time as we both have houses in the area,” Ross said. “The opportunity with Stockman’s in Fallon was exciting due to the historic aspects of the town. As natives of Nevada we know there is more to the state than just Las Vegas and our philosophy of loose slots, good food and great service is a natural fit in Churchill County.” Plans for Renovation and Guest Experience Stockman’s Casino becomes the third property acquired by Clarity Game in the past six months. The company says it is actively exploring other gaming opportunities within Nevada and in other U.S. markets. Gaughan III confirmed that player rewards and comps from before the sale remain unchanged. “The first step is making sure it's a smooth transition for our team members and guests. All of the points and comps our players had before are still available to them,” he said. Clarity Game also has plans to renovate the property. “We do have exciting plans for the future including new slot machines and casino renovations that reimagine the gaming spaces to create a more exciting experience,” Gaughan added.
