Kevin Buck becomes the new winner of the 2020 Wynn Poker Classic $1,000,000 main event. The event drew a total number of 687 entries with a buy in of $1,600, but only top 71 players could earn the money and in them the largest share was bagged by Kevin Buck.
Kevin grabbed $166,837 after defeating Justin Bond in heads-up who also took home a huge prize amount of $146,837. The event was full of poker celebraties which a give a chance to win a lot of money so that no one could left the night with empty bags. Many big names of pokers were there like Steve Gross (60th place-$4,136), Dan Heimiller (a two-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner (57th place- $4,136), World Poker Tour champion and WSOP bracelet winner Jared Jaffee (54th place- $4,136), WPT winner Dylan Wilkerson (32nd place- $6,117), David Jackson (30th place- $6,117) and Shannon Shorr (27th place- $6,998).
The final day of the event
23 players were remained on the last day of the event with Brian Yoon who is also a three-time WSOP bracelet winner in lead. When the final showdown began, Yoon eventually fell from the top and landed in 20th place which earned him $9,174.
By the time the nine-handed final table was set, Buck had by far the largest stack. Next, Justin Bond began to follow Buck by busting Jim Pannella in ninth place ($19,062) and continued to raise the chip until e had overtaken the lead.
