The much awaited Eurasian Poker Tour (EAPT) Prague kicks off on December 8 at the Grandior Hotel Prague. The five-day poker event boasts three exciting tournaments, with $2 million in guaranteed prize pools.

The €1,100 EAPT Prague Main Event offering €500,000 guaranteed prize pool is the chief attraction of the poker event. The live portion of the tournament begins with two opening flights on December 9 and 10.

There is also an option of alternative play for the opening flight, online at partypoker, on November 30. Satellites and sub-satellites start at just $0.01 and let players choose this path to put forth the stack they have amassed in satellites to the online opening flight.

Players with chips and those deciding on to buy into the event on Day 2 can compete for three more days, from December 11 to 13, until a winner is named.

Apart from the Main Event, two big side events are likely to attract some of the biggest names in poker. €25,500 King’s Super High Roller with a €1 million guaranteed prize pool on December 11 to 12 is first big side event. The second huge event is the €5,300 EAPT High Roller on December 13 to 14, offering a €500,000 guaranteed prize pool.

Both the side events have a similar structure, with players kicking off the action with 100,000 in chips and getting unlimited re-entry option until late-registration closes.

There is a need for a partypoker account for the enthusiasts wanting to play online on Day 1 or those who want to play in an online satellite for the partypoker EAPT Prague €1,100 Main Event.

The Eurasian Poker Tour (EAPT) was created in 2013 as a response to the growing popularity of the game across the region. Some of the standout events on the tour are the Red Sea Poker Cup (in Egypt), the Mediterranean Poker Cup (in Malta and Cyprus) and the Kazakhstan Poker Championship.
