On May 24, all eyes will be on the WPT500, a $530 buy-in no-limit hold’em tournament. The stakes are high with a promised prize pool reaching or exceeding $100,000. This exciting event will offer nine Day 1 starting flights, granting players the chance to re-enter into each one, should they not bag a stack in the previous flights.
The WPT Prime Online Championship is unquestionably the series’ highlight. This NLH tournament, which begins at 5 p.m. on May 29, has a $1,060 buy-in and a $200,000 guarantee. Participants can sign up for any of the 13 Day 1 opening sessions, which conclude on June 4 with Day 2. The winner of this tournament will get not just cash, but also a free entrance into the 2023 WPT Prime Championship, which will be held in December at Wynn Las Vegas.
The WPT Global Spring Festival guarantees that no poker fan is left out. The biggest buy-in tournament, the $2,500 Hi-Roller 6-Max, begins on May 31 and has a guaranteed prize pool of $125,000. Meanwhile, micro-stakes players may have some fun with a $3.30 buy-in NLH turbo tournament with a $5,000 guarantee.
