Pattern Reported by Players

Martino said the two players followed a consistent approach at the table. He described them sitting diagonally across from one another, paying other players to change seats, and signaling to isolate specific opponents.

Following the Texas incident, other players shared similar accounts online. Some claimed the pair had also been banned from poker rooms in Iowa and Illinois.

Prior Bans in Florida and Elsewhere

Both players were previously barred from multiple Florida card rooms, including bestbet Jacksonville.

Mosqueda Perez is permanently excluded from all casinos in Florida following a July 2025 hearing held by the Florida Gaming Control Board. Pardo has a prior criminal record in the state.
