Robert Mizrachi started the final table of Event #3, the $10,000 Seven Card Stud Championship, as chipleader. Despite being a very tough final table, with the likes of Ted Forrest, David Benyamine and George Danzer, Mizrachi managed to scoop the win and earn his fourth WSOP bracelet.

David Benyamine, the well-known high stakes cash games player, couldn’t improve his pair of fours against Forrest’s queens and ended in sixth place for $39,611. Day 2 chipleader Steve Weiss missed his flushdraw against Mizrachi’s two pair and ended in fifth place, earning himself $53,012.
With four-handed play, George Danzer gained some momentum, winning a lot of pots. Shortly after, Ted Forrest’s trip aces weren’t able to handle Mizrachi’s flush and he could pay a visit to the cashier desk to collect his $72,971.
With three players left, Danzer couldn’t win a single hand and his chiplead was down the drain within a couple of orbits. Eventually, Danzer’s two pair failed to win against Mizrachi’s trip sixes and was eliminated in third place for $103,230, yet another six-figure score.
After the chips going back and forth for a while, Mizrachi bets all the way, and the chips go in on sixth street with Matt Grapenthien drawing dead. Grapenthien just held a pair of fours, while Mizrachi tabled three aces. Seventh street was meaningless and Mizrachi ran to his rail to celebrate his great performance. Granenthien earned $149,976 while Mizrachi took the bracelet and the biggest chunk of money; $242,662.
