Pokerstars is well known for being the global ambassador for poker, expanding into new markets, creating tv-shows, live tournaments and much more to attract as many new players to the game as possible. Their innovation was the source of them winning the 2014 Poker Operator, with the jury weighing in on their new Pokerstars 7 client, their mobile application, the Spin & Go jackpot format and their dedication towards creating TV shows.

The Mobile Poker Operator award was given to Pokerstars due to their ability to create an outstanding product and the accessibility for players. Their adoption of new features and games based on the behavioural changes of players also weighed heavily in the jury’s eyes. More than 1 million players downloads the Pokerstars application every month.
