Nick Schulman won Event #26 at 2024 World Series of Poker, the $25,000 High Roller No-Limit Hold’em (8-Handed), earning $1,667,842 and his fifth WSOP gold bracelet. The 39-year-old poker pro and commentator outlasted a field of 318 entries, dominating the final table by securing five of the seven knockouts.

“Five has a really special ring to it,” Schulman told PokerGO reporters. “It really does mean a lot. I’m so thankful. I’m so happy.”

This is Schulman’s first bracelet in no-limit hold’em. His earlier wins were in different formats: the $10,000 deuce-to-seven lowball championship in 2009 and 2012, the $10,000 pot-limit Omaha eight-or-better championship in 2019, and the $1,500 seven-card stud event last year.

With this win, Schulman’s career tournament earnings exceed $20.3 million. This victory ranks as his second-highest payday, following the $2.2 million he won at the 2005 World Poker Tour World Poker Finals at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
