Frank Funaro has claimed his second World Series of Poker bracelet. The 29-year-old poker professional from Sewell, New Jersey, won the 2024 WSOP $10,000 super turbo bounty no-limit hold’em event. Funaro navigated through a field of 486 entries to secure the top prize of $612,997.

This victory represents the second-largest payout in Funaro’s career. His biggest cash came when he finished fifth in the 2022 World Poker Tour World Championship, earning $1,301,000. With this win, Funaro’s recorded tournament earnings now exceed $4.2 million.

Unlike his first bracelet, which he won online during the 2022 WSOP Online festival, this is Funaro’s first live bracelet. His previous victory came in the $1,000 buy-in no-limit hold’em championship, where he took home $94,096.

Reflecting on his achievement, Funaro said, “This is my best poker moment. I feel like I’ve been close in a lot of these, and it feels really good to finally get one done.” He added, “I tried to embrace the madness and got really lucky,” acknowledging the high variance nature of the tournament.
