Scientific Games has entered a multi-year partnership with Universal Products & Experiences to develop and launch Jurassic Park and Jurassic World-themed digital and retail lottery games. This marks the first time these iconic franchises will be featured in lottery games.
Kyle Rogers, Senior VP of Instant Game Strategy & Licensing at Scientific Games, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration. “Our creative teams have been working with Universal on a powerful portfolio of new Jurassic World-themed lottery products that are truly going to capture players’ attention and have them on the hunt to experience the brand in multiple channels of play,” he said. Rogers emphasized the cross-generational appeal of the Jurassic World brand, noting its potential to attract a massive 30±year fanbase to the lottery sector.
The new Jurassic World-themed lottery games will be unveiled at the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries conference, scheduled from September 9-12. These games will be available in both the US and Canadian markets. Additionally, Scientific Games plans to feature Jurassic World as its next blockbuster lottery Linked Game. This initiative will bring together trip winners from across the US for an exclusive event in Hawaii, where the original Jurassic Park was filmed.
