The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has issued a warning to consumers, publishing a list of websites falsely claiming to be affiliated with the regulatory body. This step reinforces the MGA’s commitment to protecting users and upholding Malta’s gaming industry standards.
In a recent notice, the MGA highlighted several unauthorized websites, including www.rayvietnam.net, www.rbvn08.com, www.raybet03.com, www.ray097.com, and www.ray40.com. The regulator made it clear that it has no association with these platforms, warning that any claims of MGA-issued licenses on these sites are “false and misleading.”
The statement stressed the importance of consumers verifying online gaming platforms before engaging in any transactions. The MGA emphasized, “The gaming regulatory framework obliges authorized persons to comply with strict legal requirements in the interest of consumers.” The unlicensed platforms, however, operate outside of these protections, making interactions with them risky.
Customers are advised by the MGA to interact with platforms exclusively through formal licenses issued by the organization. On their website, they provide a comprehensive list of reputable, approved gaming organizations. The purpose of this strategy is to protect users’ financial transactions and assist them in avoiding fraudulent activity.

The ESG hub encourages moral and environmentally friendly gaming practices while bringing the industry into line with changing stakeholder expectations.
