The PGA of America has teamed up with IC360 to add new layers of protection around sports betting and integrity in professional golf. The collaboration introduces real-time monitoring and betting restriction technology to help prevent prohibited wagers and detect suspicious patterns across global betting markets.

Good to know

  • The PGA of America will begin using IC360’s Integrity Monitoring and ProhiBet technology to oversee betting activity.
  • IC360 previously partnered with Caesars Sportsbook on March 4 to deploy ProhiBet tools.
  • IC360’s Advisory Team includes former regulators and gaming industry experts to support compliance efforts.

As part of the agreement, IC360 will provide its Integrity Monitoring system to the PGA of America. The tool will deliver instant alerts about unusual wagering activity, which can be critical in spotting integrity concerns early.

In addition to that, the PGA of America will also implement ProhiBet, a technology developed by IC360 that blocks specific individuals from placing bets when they are not allowed to. This system is often used to restrict betting access for players, staff, and others involved with competitions.

Jeff Price, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Philanthropy Officer at the PGA of America, welcomed the move. “We are excited to partner with IC360, a leader in regulatory technology for sports betting and gaming,” said Price. “This collaboration underscores our commitment to maintaining the highest integrity standards within golf by integrating IC360’s cutting-edge Integrity Monitoring technology and the innovative ProhiBet solution.”

Beyond just the tech, the PGA of America will also gain access to IC360’s Advisory Team. This group includes former regulators and gaming professionals who provide expert advice on how to manage and stay compliant with evolving sports betting rules.

IC360 Co-CEO Scott Sadin also praised the collaboration. “The PGA of America is a partner that shares the same vision of integrity and fairness in competition, which we promote and aim to protect,” he said. “It is a privilege to provide this organization with our world-class technology and service, as they continue to showcase excellence in their commitment to integrity and their culture.”

The partnership strengthens PGA of America’s position on transparency and ethical standards, especially as regulated sports betting becomes more widespread. It also reflects a growing trend in professional sports, where leagues and associations are adopting advanced tools to monitor betting activity and prevent conflicts.
