Renowned jockey Keith Donoghue has been formally added to William Hill’s expanding list of horse racing ambassadors. Donoghue, who is well-known for his outstanding exploits at the Cheltenham Festival, which include wins on Tiger Roll, Delta Work, and Limerick Lace, adds energy and experience to the brand.
Donoghue will engage William Hill’s audience as part of his ambassadorial role by providing exclusive insights into the horse racing industry. He will offer sneak peeks at his rides and commentary on significant racing news in a regular piece. To put fans closer to the action, Donoghue will also make appearances in unique video content on William Hill’s social media channels.
With this collaboration, William Hill’s strong list of ambassadors is augmented by great riders Sir AP McCoy and Barry Geraghty, broadcaster Jane Mangan, and trainer Gavin Cromwell. When combined, they offer the betting company’s audience a multitude of knowledge and interesting information.
Donoghue’s collaboration with William Hill coincides with a busy weekend at Cheltenham’s December Meeting. As the top jockey for fellow ambassador Gavin Cromwell, Donoghue is set to ride several strong contenders. These include Stumptown in the Cross Country race and juvenile hurdler Total Look, both of which have generated buzz among racing enthusiasts.
Andrew McCleave, Head of Marketing at William Hill Ireland, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We are delighted to have Keith Donoghue join our stable of ambassadors at William Hill. Keith is a phenomenal jockey, and we can’t wait to see what the festival season has in store for him this year.”
MCCleave also highlighted the potential for exclusive updates and behind-the-scenes content, promising an enriched experience for William Hill’s customers.
