Share

Hard Rock Bet has just expanded its footprint, officially launching its sportsbook in Colorado. It becomes the first operator to enter the state’s sports betting market since January 2024, adding more competition to an already crowded field.

Good to know

  • Hard Rock Bet now runs sportsbooks in nine U.S. states.
  • Colorado marks its first new state launch in over a year.
  • The platform includes popular features like Unity integration and weekly rewards.

The sportsbook scene in Colorado just got a bit more competitive. Hard Rock Bet rolled out its online platform in the state this week, becoming the 14th sportsbook to go live. The move comes at a time when many operators have been more cautious about expansion, especially after a quiet 2024 in terms of new market entries.

In Colorado, Hard Rock Bet joins a lineup that already includes big names like FanDuel, DraftKings, Caesars, bet365, and ESPN Bet.

A familiar formula, now in a new state

Hard Rock Bet brings to Colorado the same features that have helped it gain traction in other regions. That includes weekly Legendary Reward Drops and a wide range of betting markets covering both major sports and local interests like MMA and table tennis.

Matt Primeaux, Executive Managing Director – President & Chief Revenue Officer at Hard Rock Bet, said:

“Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook is bringing an exciting new experience to Colorado players with deep betting markets on all major sporting events plus local favorites like table tennis and MMA. With our top-rated platform, weekly Legendary Reward Drops, and integration into Unity by Hard Rock, we’re confident that Coloradans are going to love the Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook experience.”

With the addition of Colorado, Hard Rock Bet now operates in nine states: Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and now Colorado. While it is still playing catch-up to some of the industry leaders, the brand continues to focus on sustainable growth by launching in select markets where it sees strong demand.
