Father and Son Team Mike Golic Sr and Jr to Host New Show on FanDuel Sports Network

FanDuel Sports Network plans to launch a new daily show in June, featuring one of sports broadcasting’s most familiar father-son duos. Mike Golic Sr. and Mike Golic Jr. are coming together for Golic & Golic, a two-hour program that will air each weekday and lead into the network’s primetime sports coverage.

FanDuel sees the pair as a strong addition to its daily programming. Norby Williamson, President of Production and Programming, called them “authentic and respected voices” and pointed to their chemistry as a key part of the decision to give them this slot.

The two hosts, who each have decades of experience in both playing and broadcasting, are looking forward to sharing the kind of back-and-forth they have had for years off the air. “In addition to decades of playing and broadcasting experience, we’re most excited to share what’s been happening in our living room for 30 years – a father and son talking about sports,” they said.

FanDuel Sports Network continues to build its media presence with original shows, while others have stepped back. DraftKings, for instance, sold its VSiN network back to its founders in 2023, signaling a shift away from original programming.

While the exact start date and guest lineup for Golic & Golic have not yet been confirmed, the network is expected to share more information soon.
