The group has achieved record-breaking success through its innovative model that seamlessly integrates sports media and sports betting. Strengthening In-House Capabilities Wonderlabz was acquired by LiveScore Group just more than a year after the media and digital company Ringier AG, located in Switzerland, made a strategic investment of £50 million. In the year that followed, LiveScore Group achieved significant progress in its efforts to expand globally. Through this transaction, its current 25% ownership position in Wonderlabz will be expanded to 100%, greatly boosting the company's internal capabilities and creating a new tech hub in a developing market.
