We’ve watched the crypto-fund landscape evolve closely over the years. We believe there will be many more crypto funds as institutional capital enters this space. It’s important to have specialization and focus, whether it’s across geography, theme, or type of investment." General partner stakes have gained traction in the venture capital world due to their alignment with limited partners' interests. These stakes often include performance-based incentives, such as carried interest, making them attractive to both venture capital firms and asset managers. Before this capital raise, Parafi Capital, backed by KKR & Co. co-founder Henry Kravis, had already invested in nine asset managers using its internal resources.
