ESPN Bet introduces its latest commercial, “Delivery,” starring Scott Van Pelt and ‘Stanford’ Steve Coughlin, marking the arrival of a fresh promotional effort.

This ad, created to coincide with March Madness, captures the unpredictable excitement of college basketball throughout the tournament. This period is known for dramatically boosting the revenues of both online and physical sports betting enterprises.

The commercial highlights the surge in betting activities fueled by passionate fan stories, showcasing the humorous situations that can arise. In “Delivery,” viewers find Coughlin in a comedic bind as he tries to complete a food order while Van Pelt, along with others, is glued to the tournament’s every play.

“Delivery” is the fifth edition in ESPN Bet’s “What A Play” campaign, a product of their partnership with the creative arts agency Arts & Letters, initiated in November 2023. The campaign has featured other ESPN personalities, including Mike Greenberg of ESPN Get Up, NBA analyst Kendrick Perkins, and SportsCenter host Elle Duncan, in various humorous scenarios related to sports betting.
