RB Leipzig has announced a two-year collaboration with Merkur Group, just before the Bundesliga season begins. This partnership designates Merkur Group as an official partner of the German football club.
During Bundesliga matches, Merkur and its sports betting brand, Merkur Bets, will be prominently featured in the Red Bull Arena. Fans will see their logos on LED panels and Cam Carpets, as well as on live TV broadcasts. Additionally, Merkur Group will handle the presentation of RB Leipzig’s Bundesliga standings on the club’s digital platforms.
Matthias Reichwald, RB Leipzig’s Commercial Director, shared his excitement about the partnership. “The Merkur Group has followed an impressive path, with creativity, flexibility and total conviction. These qualities are also what we look for at RB Leipzig. We are excited about the partnership and look forward to creating special synergies for both brands, both in the stadium and on digital platforms,” he said.
