The official primary partner of the McLaren Formula 1 Team and a well-known Web3 technology firm, OKX, has announced an expansion of its collaboration with the team. The OKX logo will be prominently displayed on the side pods of the McLaren F1 vehicle livery for 20 races in the upcoming 2024 F1 season as part of this expansion. The news comes after McLaren’s new 2024 vehicle livery was revealed on January 16.
McLaren’s latest car livery, unveiled in mid-January, showcases a seamless integration of the OKX logo on the side pods, drawing inspiration from the jointly designed “Stealth Mode” livery revealed in September 2023. Chief Marketing Officer of OKX Haider Rafique expressed delight at being a part of McLaren’s “Whatever It Takes” campaign for 2024. He emphasized the unique significance of incorporating components from the Singapore co-designed livery into this year’s design. Rafique sees an incredible year ahead for McLaren and their collaboration with OKX.
The CEO of McLaren Racing, Zak Brown, highlighted the growing relationship between OKX and McLaren.
