Betano has been named the main sponsor of the upcoming CONMEBOL Copa América Femenina 2025, joining forces with parent company Kaizen Gaming. The women’s tournament will be hosted in Ecuador from July 12 to August 2 and will feature all ten national teams from South America.
Good to know
The deal is part of a larger agreement between Betano and CONMEBOL that began with the men’s Copa América 2024. Betano also backs other major tournaments, including the CONMEBOL Pre-Olympic, Copa América Futsal, and Copa América Beach Soccer. The group continues to support both men’s and women’s competitions across the region.
In this year’s women’s tournament, Betano will introduce the “MVP Betano” award, handed out to the best player of each match. It is the latest example of the betting company’s growing involvement in high-profile international football events.
CONMEBOL President Alejandro Domínguez highlighted the importance of expanding opportunities in women’s football. “There is still much work ahead, but having partners like Betano by our side will enable us to elevate women’s football across the continent to new heights,” he said. He added that the 2025 edition would build on the success of their earlier work together during the men’s Copa América.
Julio Iglesias Hernando, Chief Commercial Officer at Kaizen Gaming, echoed that view. “Sponsoring CONMEBOL Copa América Femenina 2025 is very important for us, as we continue supporting the development of football globally and women’s football in particular,” he said.
The tournament continues to grow in visibility and competitiveness, and Kaizen sees the event as an opportunity to connect with a wider fan base while contributing to the global recognition of top female talent.
Betano’s involvement in major football tournaments does not stop with CONMEBOL. The brand is also an official partner of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 for South America and maintains a strong domestic presence as the main sponsor of Argentina’s River Plate.
