Abios Appoints Rasmus Schmidt Christensen as Head of Odds Operations

Abios has announced the appointment of Rasmus Schmidt Christensen as the new Head of Odds Operations. Christensen brings extensive experience in esports and sports betting from his previous role at Danske Spil.

At Danske Spil, Christensen dedicated nearly eight years to enhancing the esports segment. He started as a sports trader and gradually took on more responsibility, eventually becoming an Esports Product Specialist. In this role, he collaborated with product, marketing, and customer-focused teams to develop a comprehensive esports strategy. His efforts ensured that Danske Spil’s esports offerings met customer demands and featured innovative product elements, such as player propositions.

In his new position at Abios, Christensen will leverage his expertise to strengthen the company’s esports offerings. Abios, known for its global leadership in esports data and odds provision, created this role to enhance their automated odds setting. Christensen’s knowledge of esports and product development will help bridge the gap between trading and end-user experience, ensuring a top-notch product.
