Ethereum-based, fantasy football and NFT platform, Sorare announced that 23 times Grand Slam winning tennis player Serena Williams joined the company as a board advisor.
In her new role, Williams will be advising the NFT-platform in its expansion across new sports and diversity initiatives.

Speaking to Forbes, Williams confirmed that she has also personally invested in Sorare. She said:

Sorare is preparing for a grand year, 2022 after already seeing 4000% growth in trading volume in 2021. Brian O’Hagan, Sorare’s Growth Lead, recently took to Twitter and made predictions for the new year.
