Tennessee’s sports betting market recorded $413.5 million in wagers during February 2025, according to the Tennessee Sports Wagering Council. The figure reflects a 9.3% increase from the same month last year but continues a downward trend from recent months.
January 2025 saw a handle of $543.6 million, meaning February’s total dropped by 24% compared to the previous month. Gross wagers across the state for February reached $417.4 million, showing an 8.7% rise from February 2024 but also a 24% decline from January.
Sports betting tax revenue for the state amounted to $7.6 million for the month. While overall wagering has slowed since the start of the year, Tennessee’s sports betting industry remains active, with year-over-year growth continuing.
