PrizePicks has announced the appointment of Renee White as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), a strategic move aimed at fortifying the company’s leadership team. White, who boasts an illustrious career in various leadership roles at Warner Bros. Discovery, including Head of People & Culture for Turner Sports, Bleacher Report, and Turner Studios, brings a wealth of experience to her new role.
In her capacity as CPO, White will directly report to Adam Wexler, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PrizePicks. Based in Atlanta, she will spearhead the company’s human resources strategies, leveraging her extensive background in talent management and organizational culture development.
In addition to White’s appointment, PrizePicks has also named Phil Sherwood as its Senior Director of Responsible Gaming, underscoring the company’s commitment to promoting responsible gambling practices. Sherwood, who previously served as the Chief Communications Officer for the Massachusetts Council on Gaming and Health (MACGH) and President of the Board of Directors for the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG), brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.
