IBIA Adds LUX Fight League to Betting Integrity Network

LUX Fight League, a major MMA organisation in Mexico and Latin America, will work with IBIA to identify and respond to betting activity that may indicate competition manipulation.

The Memorandum of Understanding gives both organisations a framework for exchanging information, providing integrity education and coordinating responses when betting concerns arise. Combat sports form a growing part of the international betting market, making direct cooperation between operators and competition organisers increasingly relevant.

IBIA brings betting account data from more than 90 member operators covering over 200 brands. Its Global Monitoring and Alert Platform monitors more than $300 billion in annual sports betting turnover and over 1.5 million sporting events each year.

Joe Mendoza, CEO at LUX Fight League, said:

“Protecting the integrity of our competitions is a priority for the LUX Fight League. This agreement with IBIA, the leading account-based monitoring body globally, greatly strengthens our ability to identify and respond to potential integrity risks and reflects our commitment to maintaining a fair and trusted environment for athletes, fans and partners.”

Khalid Ali, CEO of IBIA, said:

“IBIA welcomes this agreement with the LUX Fight League. Combat sports are an important and growing part of the global sporting and betting landscape, and effective cooperation with sports organisations is essential to protecting competitions from betting-related corruption. This MoU reflects our continued commitment to working with trusted partners to strengthen integrity frameworks and support timely, evidence-based responses to suspicious betting activity.”
