anatics Sportsbook has added a new betting feature called Squad Bets, giving users a different way to build parlays across major sports. The product lets bettors combine a group of players around one shared stat target instead of relying on separate prop legs to hit one by one.

Fanatics Sportsbook launched Squad Bets on Tuesday as a new option for bettors who prefer team-style combinations over standard player prop parlays.
The setup is simple. A user can pick a group of players and assign them one combined target. If five NBA players are selected to score 100 total points, the wager stays alive as long as the group reaches that number. The same idea applies in other sports, such as running backs combining for five touchdowns.
That changes the usual parlay setup. In a standard player prop parlay, one miss can kill the whole ticket. With Squad Bets, one player can fall short and the bet can still cash if the rest of the group gets the squad to the target.
“Squad Bets introduces a fundamentally new way to parlay,” said Michael Fitzsimmons, SVP of Brand Marketing at Fanatics Sportsbook.
“By shifting the focus from individual legs to collective squad achievement, Squad Bets delivers a more personalized betting experience and one that mirrors how fans experience sports.”
Squad Bets also connects with other Fanatics features. FanCash earnings apply to these bets, and Fair Play Injury Protection works in team-building mode, so one injured player does not automatically sink the wager.
Fanatics currently runs its online sportsbook in 23 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Users can track Squad Bets live in the Fanatics app.
For basketball, available markets include points, rebounds, assists, and 3-pointers. Baseball options include strikeouts, runs, home runs, hits, RBIs, and total bases. Hockey covers goals, points, assists, and shots. Football will include touchdowns, receptions, receiving yards, rushing yards, passing yards, and passing touchdowns. Soccer markets will focus on goals and shots.
