Fanatics keeps tightening the link between shopping, data, and engagement. A new partnership with ecommerce technology firm Rokt puts transaction level relevance front and center across Fanatics retail platforms.
Good to Know
Fanatics confirmed a strategic partnership with ecommerce technology supplier Rokt focused on customer engagement and revenue performance. Under the agreement, Fanatics integrates Rokt relevance engine across its online retail platforms, including Fanatics.com and a wide range of team and league operated websites.
The technology works directly at the point of purchase. Rokt tools analyze transaction data in real time, then surface content and offers that align with what a customer is already buying. The experience runs before and after checkout, keeping relevance high without pushing shoppers away from the purchase flow.
Fanatics plans to introduce the technology first through Rokt Pay+ and Rokt Thanks. Those products focus on personalized offers and post purchase engagement. Fanatics also left room to extend into other Rokt services later, including advertising and catalogue products, across additional parts of the business.
The phased approach allows Fanatics to test impact while keeping control over how offers appear and how customers interact with them.
Rokt operates a global network that processes billions of ecommerce transactions each year. By joining that network, Fanatics gains access to a wider pool of online shoppers while keeping ownership of the customer journey on its own platforms.
For Fanatics, the value sits in balance. Broader reach comes without handing over storefront control. Offers stay native. Brand presentation stays consistent.
The Rokt partnership fits into a broader technology driven strategy at Fanatics. The company continues to invest across licensed merchandise, digital commerce, and regulated betting and gaming.
Earlier in the month, Fanatics Betting and Gaming confirmed deployment of OpenBet Protect Suite across 23 US markets. That upgrade added stronger geolocation controls, fraud prevention tools, and AI driven responsible gaming monitoring.
Those systems support Fanatics regulated sportsbook and prediction offerings as the company continues to build out compliance and risk infrastructure across multiple states.
Fanatics also continues to push deeper into financial and trading adjacent services. In July 2025, the company acquired Paragon Global Markets, a step tied to longer term ambitions around trading and market infrastructure.
