aesars Entertainment has opened a new retail sportsbook at The Resort at Summerlin in Las Vegas. The venue represents the first Caesars Sportsbook location operating in the Summerlin area and expands the company retail betting presence across Nevada.
Good to Know
The launch included a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by executives from Caesars Entertainment and The Resort at Summerlin. Former Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Deryk Engelland placed a ceremonial first wager during the opening event.
The Caesars Race and Sportsbook sits directly on the casino floor and spans nearly 6,000 square feet. A large video wall anchors the space, while plans call for a 360 degree LED video display to be installed at the sportsbook bar before summer 2026.
Twenty Caesars Sportsbook self service betting kiosks are installed inside the sportsbook and throughout the casino floor. The kiosks provide access to wagering markets that mirror those available on the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app.
The location also introduces in person registration for the Caesars Sportsbook mobile application in Summerlin for the first time. Visitors can sign up for the mobile platform on site and complete cash deposits or withdrawals tied to their sportsbook account.
Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital, said:
“Opening Caesars Race & Sportsbook at The Resort at Summerlin is a significant milestone for our brand in Las Vegas.
“This location allows us to better serve sports fans in the Summerlin community with a retail and mobile experience that reflects the quality, depth, and innovation that define Caesars Sportsbook.”
Michelle McHugh, Vice President and General Manager of The Resort at Summerlin, commented:
“Our guests have been asking for this, and we’re proud to officially open Caesars Race & Sportsbook as part of the continued evolution of The Resort at Summerlin.
“As the first Caesars Race & Sportsbook in Summerlin, this opening underscores the strength of our market, and we’re excited to offer an experience that resonates with locals and visitors alike.”
The sportsbook opens at 8 a.m. on weekdays and 7:30 a.m. on weekends. Counter betting assistance generally remains available until 9 or 10 p.m., while the self service kiosks operate around the clock.
Since launching in 2021, the Caesars Sportsbook mobile application has received several updates, including the addition of the Universal Digital Wallet. The system is currently available across 27 jurisdictions and allows customers visiting Nevada to access account balances from most markets where Caesars Sportsbook operates.
The mobile platform includes wagering options such as Same Game Parlays, player props, futures wagers, and live in play betting. The application also provides livestream coverage for thousands of sporting events.
Caesars Sportsbook operates for customers aged 21 and older. Responsible gaming tools available within the platform include deposit limits, spending limits, daily time limits, and cool off periods.
