Share

BOYLE Sports has joined the International Betting Integrity Association, adding another major regulated operator to the global betting monitoring network used to detect suspicious sports betting activity.

Good to know

  • BOYLE Sports now participates in IBIA Global Monitoring & Alert Platform.
  • IBIA network covers more than 90 companies and over 200 betting brands.
  • The platform monitors more than $300 billion in sports betting turnover each year.

IBIA Adds BOYLE Sports To Global MAP

BOYLE Sports will now share integrity information through IBIA Global Monitoring & Alert Platform, known as Global MAP. The system allows licensed operators to flag suspicious betting patterns and share customer account based intelligence with sports bodies, regulators, and law enforcement.

The move gives IBIA another operator with retail and online betting scale. BOYLE Sports holds licences in Ireland, Great Britain, and Gibraltar, giving the company a regulated base across several key European betting markets.

David Burgin, Trading Director of BOYLE Sports, said:

“Joining IBIA reflects our commitment to maintaining a secure, transparent and well-regulated betting environment across our operations. Integrity and responsible betting standards remain central to our approach, and we look forward to working alongside IBIA and its members to support efforts aimed at protecting consumers and safeguarding sport from betting-related corruption.”

IBIA focuses on regulated sports betting markets and uses operator data to help identify betting linked corruption risks. That customer account based model gives the association a different role from odds monitoring alone, because members can connect unusual market movement with account level activity.

BOYLE Sports Brings Wider Sports Presence

BOYLE Sports started in Ireland in 1982 and has grown into an international sports betting and gaming company. Its business includes retail betting shops and online gambling, with sports sponsorships also giving the brand a strong public profile.

The company is a principal sponsor of West Ham United and supports major events including the Irish Grand National, Irish Greyhound Derby, and World Grand Prix of Darts.

For IBIA, the addition strengthens coverage across sports where regulated betting volume can attract manipulation attempts. The network already links more than 90 companies and over 200 brands, monitoring more than $300 billion in sports betting turnover each year.

Khalid Ali, CEO of IBIA, said:

“BOYLE Sports’ decision to join IBIA reflects a clear commitment to invest in effective sports integrity and customer protection measures. Collaboration between operators through IBIA plays a vital role in identifying, reporting and addressing suspicious betting activity. We are delighted to welcome BOYLE Sports to IBIA and look forward to working closely with the operator on betting integrity.”
