AceOdds, a sports betting media firm, was acquired by Better Collective, a digital sports media powerhouse, to strengthen its position in the UK. The transaction, which is estimated to be worth 42 million EUR, is four times the EBITDA for the previous 12 months.
AceOdds is a well-known sports betting provider with a wide range of betting tools, odds comparisons, reviews, and streaming schedules available on online and smartphone platforms. AceOdds supports several languages. This purchase is in line with Better Collective’s plan to use regional knowledge to support international growth. Better Collective has thus raised its 2024 financial goals in response to this calculated action.
