Enteractive, the industry leader in retention services, said today that BetCity, a subsidiary of Entain Group, has chosen it to provide reactivation efforts in the regulated Dutch market. BetCity was one of the first online casinos to be licensed by the KSA and is now one of the largest online sports betting and gaming providers in the Netherlands.
Enteractive supplements the CRM plans and actions of sportsbook and iGaming operators worldwide, providing personalized retention and reactivation services to maximize income generation from churned portions of their player base.
BetCity, based in Amsterdam, received an online sports betting and gaming license from the KSA (Kansspelautoriteit), the Dutch Gaming and Gambling Authority, in October 2021, and has since delivered rapid growth, establishing a leading position in the Dutch iGaming sector, with a 20% market share by early 2022. Entain purchased the firm in late 2022.
Enteractive’s efforts will be focused on enhancing player retention and loyalty for the BetCity.nl brand, with native-speaking sales representatives able to contact players in each region with real-human one-to-one outreach.
This personalized approach to CRM has been shown to re-engage players from churned groups, with responsible gambling best practices incorporated as a standard feature.
