An important milestone in the city's athletic calendar was reached when Las Vegas held its first Formula One race in November of this year. Further highlighting Las Vegas' expanding significance in the sports world is the move of the Major League Baseball franchise, the Oakland Athletics. In addition to taking advantage of the vibrant sports scene in the city, NTL hopes to increase its footprint in Las Vegas by leveraging new chances for cooperation and growth.
