After a recent rebranding, Marblex, Netmarble’s blockchain business, unveiled its ambitious 2025 strategy. The company intends to release seven games on the Immutable blockchain this year, with a renewed emphasis on the “fun comes first” attitude.
Mercenary Children, an RPG, and Self-made Billionaire, a business simulation game, will launch the rollout in the second quarter. Players may anticipate Project Mine, a farming simulator, Monopoly-inspired game Dice Go!, and an RPG called Meta Toy: Dragonz Saga in the third quarter. Two big games, MMORPG Mad Island: Age of Chaos and action RPG Project X, will complete the roster by the fourth quarter.
In addition to game development, Marblex is working with Immutable to extend its ecosystem through a $20 million joint fund. This program offers incentives for onboarding new projects in an effort to draw developers to the platform.
Marblex intends to reinvest a portion of its income share back into the ecosystem as part of its “semi-publishing” approach. Increasing token value and building a robust gaming community are the objectives.
Marblex is collaborating with Dracoon Ventures to co-host the $1 million game hackathon MBX, Hack the FUN as its first significant project. From April 30 to May 1, 2025, the event will be held at TOKEN2049 Dubai, giving developers a chance to present cutting-edge blockchain game ideas.
Marblex is solidifying its relationship with Immutable and establishing itself as a major force in the blockchain gaming sector with this roadmap.
