Alpha Compute Closes GAMEE Deal And Forms Alpha Games

Alpha Compute has completed its majority acquisition of GAMEE, adding a gaming and digital rewards platform with 120 million registered users. The company also created Alpha Games, a new AI gaming division led by GAMEE founder Bozena Rezab.

GAMEE Gives Alpha Compute A Gaming Base

Alpha Compute wants GAMEE to become a direct channel for AI-powered gaming, Telegram Mini App activity and digital rewards. The deal brings in a platform with 1.7 million monthly active users, 150,000 daily active users and more than 61 million Telegram users inside its wider 120 million registered user base.

The transaction gives Alpha Compute control of 60% of GAMEE from Animoca Brands. Total consideration could reach $11 million, with cash, Alpha Compute shares, warrants, GMEE purchases and earn-out payments tied to EBITDA targets.

GAMEE entered 2026 with stronger activity. Q1 revenue reached $926,000, up from $593,000 a year earlier. The platform also recorded 5.57 million users and 88.5 million game plays during the quarter.

Alpha Compute plans to connect GAMEE with its AI GPU compute stack, including Blackwell B200 and B300 GPU clusters. The company said GAMEE will support AI game production, agentic gameplay and a confidential AI ad network over the next two fiscal quarters.

Recent GAMEE campaigns also showed the scale Alpha Compute is buying into. An Azuki Telegram mini-app reached 315,000 users and 27 million game plays. GAMEE also helped launch Gold Fest with nGRND and Flashy, a $2 million Telegram campaign linked to in-situ gold distribution.
