Torque Drift 2 Update 10 Announces Major Enhancements and New Features

Torque Drift 2, a well-liked drift racing simulator, has received Update 10 from Grease Monkey Games, a division of Animoca Brands (TD2). With over 400,000 downloads to far, the game’s success is further enhanced by this update, which is currently accessible on the Epic Games Store. In addition to strengthening TD2’s place within the Motorverse ecosystem and introducing a number of new features and enhancements, the update also makes use of the REVV token for premium upgrades.

Update 10 brings a wealth of new content to Torque Drift 2. One of the major additions is the Lead and Chase challenges, a feature from the original Torque Drift that allows players to experience high-stakes drifting. Players can now purchase Pro Car Bundles featuring vehicles driven by professional drifters, including Adam LZ and Chris Forsberg. These bundles come with fully equipped cars, custom parts, keychains, and bobbleheads.

Enhanced Customization and Integration

The latest update offers extensive vehicle customization options. Players can now fine-tune their cars with performance parts such as turbos, engines, and angle kits. New body kits, including Liberty Walk, allow for further personalization, giving each car a unique look and enhancing its performance.

Torque Drift 2 continues to integrate the REVV token, the utility currency of the Motorverse. Players can use REVV to purchase Limited Edition cars and parts, with a 30% discount available on select Nissan and Subaru models. REVV can also be earned through gameplay and Leaderboard competitions. Token holders have access to perks like in-game benefits and fan experiences provided by TD2 partners.

The game’s Update 10 includes an events tab and scheduler, creating a dynamic gameplay environment with daily events and challenges. This feature adds variety by providing players with different score targets, tracks, and cars to compete with, enhancing the overall gameplay experience.

Torque Drift 2 is supported by numerous licensed partnerships, featuring brands and organizations such as Nissan, Toyota, Honda, and Formula DRIFT. The game’s collaboration with Formula DRIFT has been further strengthened with the addition of RTR Mustang Team car bundles, allowing players to drive the same vehicles used in the renowned motorsport series.
