Tollan Universe Brings Two New Games to Xai Network

The Xai Foundation has announced a partnership with Foretold Studios, marking a major addition to its blockchain gaming network. Foretold Studios, known for combining AI and Web3 technology in gaming, will bring two new titles from its Tollan Universe to Xai. This move comes after the studio’s transition from Immutable X, adding momentum to Xai’s growing ecosystem.

Michael Kuvsshynov, CEO of Foretold Studios, expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting the synergy between the two teams. “After more than three years of development, we are excited to bring our flagship titles – Tollan Survivors and Tollan Worlds to the Xai network,” Kuvsshynov said. “Xai’s focus on indie games, an understanding of our target audience’s needs, as well as recent successful case studies make it the best place for our games.”

The Tollan Universe, a fantasy world fueled by a coveted magical fungus called Mycelium, sets the stage for both titles. Mycelium, a source of immense power, is at the center of a struggle between humans and the savage Legion of Orcs. The games explore themes of power, conflict, and survival.

Tollan Survivors, a co-op reverse bullet hell action roguelite, serves as a prequel to Tollan Worlds. In this game, players team up to fight off waves of Orcs and seize control of Tollan Peak, a key location in the story.

Tollan Worlds, on the other hand, combines elements of Diablo and Hades to create an action-packed roguelite RPG. Set in a world on the brink of collapse, players face cursed creatures emerging from Tollan Peak as they attempt to prevent a continent-wide conflict.
