Analong Games, creators of the cyberpunk MMORPG 77-Bit, have officially launched BitHub, a blockchain gaming platform. BitHub promises to make browser-based blockchain games more accessible while rewarding players for their engagement.
BitHub addresses a common challenge in the web3 gaming space: game distribution. Many crypto games struggle to reach users, but BitHub aims to resolve this by acting as an all-in-one gaming hub. It features a unified store and its own reward system. No downloads, crypto wallets, or specific blockchain networks are required. Users can sign up with just an email, Telegram, or X account.
While the platform is still gearing up to host games, early users can start earning rewards immediately.
The platform’s rewards system revolves around two key components: Bytes and Boost.
Bytes are the primary in-platform reward currency that players can passively mine for free. You can earn more Bytes by playing games, inviting friends, and completing platform-specific tasks. Although Bytes are not cryptocurrencies, BitHub hints at their potential future conversion into blockchain assets.
Boost, on the other hand, enhances the rate at which you earn Bytes. All users start with a base Boost multiplier of 1x, which can be increased through several methods:
With just one click, players can start mining Bytes. BitHub also offers BitBot, an AI agent that automatically claims rewards. BitBot can be purchased with Bits, BitHub’s premium currency, which supports both fiat and cryptocurrency payments.
As the ecosystem grows, BitHub plans to integrate various blockchain games. For now, Analong Games focuses on 77-Bit, set to launch in open beta on Abstract Chain this month. Meanwhile, BitHub invites players to join early, mine Bytes, and explore its evolving platform.
