The court backed with the UKGC's decision, putting an end to IGT's litigation for the fourth National Lottery license. Should IGT chose to contest the verdict further, the potential of an appeal remains available. Meanwhile, IGT has been busy with other projects in the midst of the legal battle. Totalizator Sportowy, the organiser of the Polish national lottery, has announced a cooperation with the company. This agreement will see IGT's innovative cloud-based solutions used to upgrade the operator's iGaming platform. The UK Gambling Commission issued a statement in response to the High Court judgement, reiterating their commitment to holding a fair and rigorous competition for the National Lottery license. The Commission stands behind its appraisal procedure, claiming that it was conducted legally and in compliance with its legislative obligations.
