The world’s leading casino game supplier Net Entertainment announced today that they have increased the number of shares that their company has. The increase comes as a result of a decision made in the Annual General Meeting 2011, where it was decided that those holding share options right also should be able to subscribe to an equal amount of b-shares.
This means that between August 1st and October 1st 2014, these shareholders has been able to increase their b-class shares. Only some has chosen to do so, but that still marks a substantial increase in shares in Net Entertainment.
The subscriptions from the class a shareholders has amounted to 335,000 new b-class shares, which gives Net Entertainment a total amount of shares of 39,888,716. Of these, 5,610,000 are a-class shares and 34,278,716 are b-shares equal to 90,378,716 votes.
