BetMGM has relaunched Borgata Online in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, giving one of the first legal online casino brands in the U.S. a refreshed platform ahead of a Fourth of July weekend celebration at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
Good to know
The updated Borgata Online platform focuses on faster access, clearer account tools, and closer alignment with BetMGM technology. Players now get structured top tabs, a standard bottom navigation bar, and a redesigned account hub with bonuses, playable balance, and withdrawable balance in one place.
Casino players can also return to favorite and recently played games from the home screen. That small change cuts the path back into gameplay, which should help regular Borgata Online users more than casual visitors.
Matt Prevost, Chief Revenue Officer at BetMGM, said:
“Borgata wrote the first chapter of legal online gambling in 2013 and now we are writing the next one. Borgata players are some of our most engaged and loyal customers, so we wanted to ensure their experience reflects the exceptional quality that has become synonymous with the Borgata name. Borgata provides a seamless connection to online and in-person experiences and exemplifies what a legal, regulated online casino can achieve. This latest product investment underscores how seriously we take our responsibility to players, regulators, and all who have made Borgata Online what it is today.”
The relaunch also gives Borgata Online a unified Rewards Hub. Players can view promotions, Borgata Rewards Points, and MGM Rewards tier progress in one area, creating a clearer link between online play and the Atlantic City property.
Borgata Online carries deep history in U.S. regulated online casino gaming. On October 9, 2013, Borgata received the first internet gambling permit from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. The brand joined the state soft launch on November 21, 2013, before legal online casino gambling opened to the public on November 26, 2013.
Since then, Borgata Online has remained a regular contributor to New Jersey iGaming tax revenue. Records dating to 2015 show the brand has contributed $250 million in taxes to the state.
The new version keeps that New Jersey identity while adding more content. Borgata Online now includes 4,000 titles, 250 exclusive games, and a large live dealer casino lineup. More Borgata branded games are planned later this year, including Borgata Gem Strike and Borgata 777 Respin Deluxe. The latter follows Borgata 777 Respin, which has ranked among the platform top titles for more than five years.
