Team Vitality has added a new player to its fighting games lineup after confirming the signing of Tekken 8 competitor Neia. The move follows a strong competitive year that pushed the young player into wider attention across the European scene.
Good to Know
Team Vitality announced the signing of Neia, one of the fastest rising Tekken 8 players in Europe. The French esports organization confirmed that Neia will compete under the Vitality banner for the next two seasons after a breakout year on the tournament circuit.
Despite her age, Neia built momentum throughout 2025 with consistent performances against experienced competition. A deep run at EVO France in Nice helped push her profile beyond the domestic scene and into broader international discussion.
The move places Neia within an established fighting games structure at Team Vitality. Her new teammates include Jeon “Jeondding” Sanghyeon, who committed to a long term deal with the organization last year, and Rey “KingReyJr” Escanio. The roster also features Fatal Fury players H-DOPE, K-TOPE, and CientifiKOF, giving Neia daily access to veteran competitors across multiple titles.
Neia first drew national attention in June 2025 during a Kayane Session held at V.Hive, the Team Vitality headquarters in Paris. The event, hosted by French champion and content creator Kayane, placed Neia against high level opponents. Confident play and multiple wins over known players quickly set her apart from other newcomers.
Results later in the year reinforced that early impression. Neia secured a 13th place finish at Ultimate Fighting Arena in September, followed by a strong international showing at EVO France in October. She placed 17th and eliminated several established competitors during the run.
Momentum carried into December at Galaxian Explosion. Neia reached the top eight and finished fourth overall, marking her best placement so far. Along the way, she defeated fellow French player Georges “Jodd” Nguende.
With Team Vitality backing her development, Neia enters 2026 positioned to test herself against the highest tier of Tekken 8 competition. At 16, time remains firmly on her side as she continues to build experience at major events.
Neia is a 16 year old Tekken 8 player from France who rose quickly through the competitive scene in 2025.
