Binance Academy Launches Blockchain Courses with European Universities

Binance Academy has announced new collaborations with top European educational institutions to provide university-accredited courses on blockchain and Web3 technologies. This initiative, in partnership with the Prague University of Economics and Business, the European Business Institute in Luxembourg, and ESCP Business School, aims to enhance understanding of the digital asset space through structured educational offerings.

The courses are developed in conjunction with leading academics already involved in teaching crypto and blockchain-related subjects in Europe. Each course provides a comprehensive curriculum designed to explore the intricacies of blockchain technology and its applications across various sectors.

At the Prague University of Economics and Business, the 4-week course “Digital Assets and Blockchain Industry” is developed by Dr. Jakub Jedlinský and researcher Kareem Abdallah. This course will delve into the history, current landscape, and future of cryptocurrencies, including their impact on traditional financial systems.

Meanwhile, the European Business Institute offers a 7-week course titled “Blockchain and P2P Fundamentals,” crafted with the expertise of the institute’s President and Academic Dean, Dr. James Mulli. This program covers a broad range of topics such as trading and mining of digital cryptocurrencies, smart contract creation, and the regulatory landscape, aiming to equip students with a thorough understanding of blockchain’s utility in diverse industries like asset management, insurance, and healthcare.

ESCP Business School’s offering, “Blockchain Mastery: From Fundamentals to Advanced Corporate Solutions,” is a 4-week program developed with Dr. Marcus Schmalbach. It provides an in-depth look at the digital assets landscape, exploring subjects from blockchain consensus mechanisms to decentralized finance and tokenomics.
