Wearemighty Winds Down All Web3 Gaming Projects

Share

A Singapore based gaming studio is stepping away from web3 development after several years of experimentation across NFTs, tokens, and Telegram based gaming models. The decision closes multiple live products and sets firm timelines for players to convert assets or request refunds.

Good to Know

  • All Wearemighty web3 projects are being shut down
  • Asset conversion and refund deadlines fall in mid February
  • GOAT Gaming and related platforms will stop operating

Wearemighty confirmed it will shut down every active web3 gaming initiative under its portfolio. The move affects its main platform, GOAT Gaming, along with connected projects Alpha Goats, Amy Bot, and the Telegram based gacha rewards platform Gifts.Fun.

The decision marks a full exit from blockchain gaming after several strategic pivots across different chains and formats. According to the studio, all remaining activity tied to web3 products will cease following a structured wind down process.

From Mighty Bear Games To GOAT Gaming

The studio previously operated under the name Mighty Bear Games and first gained attention in late 2022 with the launch of Mighty Action Heroes. The battle royale title integrated MightyNet genesis NFTs and initially ran on the Polygon blockchain before later migrating to the Treasure blockchain.

By 2024, shifting player behavior and market conditions pushed the team to rework its approach. Mighty Action Heroes transitioned into GOAT Gaming, an asymmetrical rewards platform built for Telegram. Around the same time, the studio introduced Waifu Clash and Alpha Goat NFTs powered by artificial intelligence. Those NFTs generated token rewards autonomously for holders.

Momentum slowed as interest in gaming tokens faded across the sector. Plans to launch a GG token stalled and were later abandoned. Development resources shifted again toward Gifts.Fun, which aimed to blend gacha mechanics with Telegram based rewards. That platform now joins the rest of the portfolio in the shutdown.

Asset Conversion Deadlines And Refund Process

Clear deadlines accompany the closure. Players using GOAT Gaming must convert all in game assets into Gifts.Fun gems by February 16. Those gems remain usable until March 2, after which the platform will no longer support redemptions.

A refund process also applies to Alpha Goat NFT holders. Users who purchased those NFTs can request refunds through February 16. After that date, refund eligibility will close alongside asset conversion options.

The studio advised users to complete all required actions before the deadlines to avoid losing access to remaining balances or entitlements.
