Soccerverse has launched Season 3, beginning a new competitive cycle under its six month seasonal framework introduced in early 2025. The update includes confirmed match dates, economic adjustments, and gameplay changes that apply across all clubs and divisions.
Good to Know
Soccerverse has officially moved into Season 3, launching its next competitive phase with updated rules, revised incentives, and a clear calendar for clubs and managers.
Champions Cup qualifiers opened on January 10, setting the tone for the season before league matches begin on January 17. The transition follows a brief preseason window and resets competition across divisions as managers prepare for another full campaign.
Season structure remains consistent, keeping the six month format that underpins long term planning and squad development.
Season 3 introduces several economic adjustments designed to narrow performance gaps and reinforce active play. Influence growth now faces a cap of ten percent per season, with an overall maximum set at one million. The change slows rapid accumulation while keeping long range strategy intact.
At the same time, match driven rewards have increased sharply. The base price has doubled, the Starting Eleven bonus increased five times, and match actions like goals, assists, and clean sheets now count thirty times more than before.
Player wages remain unchanged, keeping cost structures predictable while shifting emphasis toward performance on the pitch rather than passive accumulation.
A major addition arrives through a licensing agreement with FIFPRO. Soccerverse now includes more than 65,000 professional footballers from over 70 countries, complete with real names and images.
The update adds a layer of realism to squad building, transfers, and competition. Real player identities now flow directly into the onchain economy, blending authenticity with digital ownership and market dynamics.
Soccerverse maintains a large player driven economy. More than 5,000 clubs now operate on the platform, with total in game value estimated around 36 million dollars.
Recent activity includes over 24,000 player transfers and more than 11.6 million dollars added through market participation. In the run up to Season 3, in game payouts exceeded 30,000 dollars, pointing to steady engagement from active managers.
The development team also confirmed work on a mobile version of Soccerverse. Mobile access is expected to make daily club management more accessible, allowing managers to handle squads, transfers, and decisions throughout the day.
Easier access could support higher retention as Season 3 unfolds, especially as economic incentives increasingly reward active play.
